Key Compliance Services has been helping financing institutions with training needs and CRA, HMDA and Fair Lending analysis since 2006.

In 2015 Key Compliance developed the HMDA Academy to provide training and consulting assistance in one product to help financial institutions learn and implement the revised HMDA rules and train their staff.  The HMDA Academy provides training webinars that are then available as recordings for academy members, charts and lessons on specific topics, and provides personalized answers to questions on current and revised HMDA rules.

Who is Kaybee?  I am Kathleen Blanchard, president of Key Compliance Services, LLC.  I have been in banking for over 30 years in the Philadelphia, PA, NJ and New York City areas. I began in commercial lending as a credit analyst and worked in lending, credit risk review, special assets, and credit policy. From there I moved on to regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management, and since 2006 I have  been consulting with banks on compliance and risk management issues.

I am a Bankers Online guru and post regularly in BOL threads. Many at BOL know me as Kaybee. I speak at conferences and present webinars on lending topics.
